1.1 Lesson Cancellations

Students may cancel or reschedule lessons subject to the following terms:

  • 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or free rescheduling
  • Less than 24 Hours: 50% refund or rescheduling fee may apply
  • No-Show: No refund will be provided

1.2 Course Cancellations

For full course enrollments:

  • Cancellations within 7 days of enrollment: Full refund
  • Cancellations after 7 days but before course start: 80% refund
  • Cancellations after course start: Pro-rated refund based on completed sessions

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following circumstances:

  • Technical issues preventing lesson delivery
  • Tutor unavailability without adequate notice
  • Dissatisfaction with service (subject to review)
  • Cancellation within the specified timeframes above

2.2 Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on the cancellation policy
  • Any applicable fees may be deducted from the refund amount

2.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed lessons or sessions
  • Downloaded course materials
  • Administrative fees
  • Promotional or discounted courses (unless otherwise stated)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please:

  2. Include your account information and order details
  3. Specify the reason for the refund request
  4. Provide any relevant documentation or evidence

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Special Circumstances

4.1 Medical Emergencies

In cases of documented medical emergencies, we may provide full refunds or credits regardless of cancellation timing. Please contact us with supporting documentation.

4.2 Technical Issues

If technical issues on our end prevent lesson delivery, we will provide a full refund or reschedule at no cost to you.

4.3 Tutor Cancellations

If a tutor cancels a lesson with less than 24 hours notice, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling.

5. Course Credits

Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive course credits that can be applied to future courses or lessons. Credits:

  • Do not expire
  • Can be transferred to other courses
  • Cannot be converted to cash

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your payment provider, we reserve the right to suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We encourage you to contact us directly first to resolve any issues.

7. Modifications to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
